Everyone at this practice is so kind and welcoming! Over the top, genuinely happy to see us when we walk in the door. If you like grouchy people, keep walking because you’re not finding it here. Dr Rebecca is amazing. My girls and I all really love her. I think they were short staffed today but rather than cancel our appointment, Dr Rebecca cleaned one of my girls’ teeth. I was able to ask her some important questions and feel really good about our conversation. I would recommend them to anyone!

Such a bummer. This was our third visit, and unfortunately it just didn’t go well today. I do think this is a fantastic pediatric dental practice, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Our dental hygienist seemed frustrated when my 7-year-old son didn’t want to cooperate with the brushing. Instead of trying to encourage him in a fun, kid-friendly way, she told him he wasn’t going to get a prize or watch TV. Coming from someone he didn’t know, those comments upset him, and he started crying. After we left, he told me he never wanted to come back. We made it through the appointment, but my two daughters had watched the whole interaction with their brother, so they became nervous and didn’t want to cooperate either. I understand that working with children can be challenging, but I think pediatric dental professionals should rely on patience, encouragement, and creative techniques to help kids feel comfortable rather than using threats or punishment. I truly believe this is a great dental office, and I hope this feedback helps make future visits a better experience for other families.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Rebecca Pikos and her assistant, Tiffany! They were both incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to make my child feel comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want every child to have a positive experience at the dentist. The office is adorable, clean, and so kid-friendly! Front desk staff was so attentive and kind, they even had a welcome sign with my son’s name on it for his first time! We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and would highly recommend Dr. Pikos and Tiffany to any family looking for a caring pediatric dental team!

This office is amazing. I wish I had an office like this when I was a kid. The staff is great, they go above and beyond for their patients. They work with parents and explain every step of the process. They make your kids feel at peace. They play cartoons, Disney movies and offer prizes to them. Totally recommend this office for your kiddos.

I just want to say THANK YOU 🙏🏻 to Dr. Lesser for an absolutely amazing experience. There is no more joy for a mother than seeing her child leaving a dentist appointment with a smile ... even after a procedure. Of course a special thanks to the office staff who make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Highly recommend for all the mamas and their kiddos out there who are looking for a great dental experience!
